What is XD Plus?

XD Plus is the PK XD subscription service.

For a monthly fee you get access to some premium benefits, such as exclusive name color, Private World App and in-game currency.

I subscribed to the wrong account

Sometimes old cache inside your phone can interfere with the functioning of the store.

You need to request a refund of your amount. Click this link to Learn more about refunds on GooglePlay.

Store refund policies change by country. At the bottom of the page, check the language to receive the correct information.

I subscribed and did not receive

If your subscription was not activated immediately, try restarting your device and opening the game again.

This should resolve most issues.

If you still don't receive it, wait an hour and try to restart your device again.

I want to subscribe to two accounts

IMPORTANT: Your XD Plus subscription is connected to your PlayStore or Google Account and nothing interferes with the email registered to PK XD.

The easiest way to subscribe to XD Plus on two accounts is to have two different devices, with different PlayStore accounts on each.

To sign into two accounts using the same device, you need to switch between standard Google accounts.

To do this, you need to remove all other accounts from your device that you don't want to default.

Step by step:

1. Go into your device settings;
2. Choose “Accounts and Sync”;
3. Choose "Google";
4. Remove all accounts that already have a subscription;
5. Leave only the account you want to sign;
6. Make sure you have a payment method registered on your account;
7. Return to PK XD and subscribe.

You can re-add the accounts you removed after doing this process!

Adding a new payment method

You need to enter your PlayStore account or Google Account payment settings.

Step by step:

1. Open the "PlayStore" application;
2. Tap your profile icon in the upper right corner;
3. Choose "Payments and Subscriptions";
4. Choose "Payment Methods";
5. Add the payment method you would like to use.
