Each store has its own Refund Policy, so you can choose whether or not to return per its rules. Therefore, check the conditions of your purchase before placing your order.
For purchases made through the Google Play Store or the App Store, your refund request must be made directly to the store:
- App Store: go to http://reportaproblem.apple.com, find the purchase, and request a refund. Only Apple can refund a purchase, so if your request is denied, we unfortunately can't help you;
- Google Play Store: Follow these steps to request a refund: Receive a refund on Google Play . If Google Play does not grant a refund, and the purchase was made within less than 7 days, you can contact our support here.
Finally, if your purchase was made on the PK XD website, the refund request must be opened within 7 days after the charge, through our service form.
Attention: the items purchased mustn't be used by the user, as they will be removed after the refund. If coins or gems are spent, the account balance in the PK XD universe will be negative until a recharge is made.
