Packages purchased with real money are usually available immediately after payment approval.
In case this doesn't happen, please try restarting your device and opening the game again as this should resolve most issues.
If you still don't receive it, wait an hour and try to restart your device again.
In case that you still don't receive it, just open a request, and our support team will send you the item. =) To proceed, have this info on hand:
- Your user's full nickname (name + #numbers);
- An image of the receipt containing the name of the purchased package, the transaction code (GPA or Order ID), and the date of purchase.
- Check your email inbox, as Google and Apple also send your receipt there;
- Your account email at the store where you made the purchase: Google Play or Apple Store. You can find your receipt in your registered email in the app store.
- Google Play: Go to the Play Store> Account> Preferences> Contact Email
- Apple: go to the Apple Store> click on your profile photo
