Account and Data

The PK XD team works daily to keep our players safe within official spaces, also, there are some actions you can take to help protect your data and that of others by following the steps below:

• Do not share your personal information, such as real name, photo, or address with strangers, by any means;
• Register an email with your account (click here to learn how to do this);
• Don't share your email and password with other people. No one on the PK XD team will ask for your password!;
• Follow our Rules of Community Conduct;
• Follow the official PK XD channels: Instagram | TikTok | YouTube;
• Register security steps on your card for purchases. If you want help, see our article "How to protect yourself from undue purchases"

Purchases

Both Android and iOS devices have control tools that can prevent charges for unauthorized purchases at the end of the month. To set up this configuration on your device, select the option that applies to you:

For Android devices/purchases through the Google Play Store, follow these steps: Require password or authentication for purchases;
For Apple devices / App Store purchases, follow these steps: Avoid in-app purchases from the App Store.

Also, Afterverse does not retain any credit card information.
