Update

It's always important to make sure that both your device and the PK XD app are properly updated, because sometimes a problem you're experiencing has already been fixed in the next update!

Checking Your Android Device for Updates

Open the Device Settings;
Select System -> Advanced -> System Updates;
Follow the instructions that appear on the device.

Checking for PK XD Application Update

Open the Google Play Store on your device;
Open the Menu (the little ball with your picture on it) -> Manage Apps and Devices;
Open the list of apps and Check for updates. If PK XD appears in the list, just click Update. If it doesn't, the game is already updated!

Problems with installation

Storage - Make sure your device has storage space to install PK XD! If you need help freeing up space, this article can help!
Internet connection - It is often configured to only download if you are connected to a Wi-Fi network. Make sure your device is connected to a network with internet access. You can also change your setting to download using the mobile data network, just follow the instructions in this article. Cleaning Cache
