To receive a password change link, you must have already registered your account with an email [LINK 'How to register your PK XD account'].
If you provided the correct email, registered with your account, and still did not find our password recovery message in your inbox, it may have been automatically directed to a secondary folder (SPAM, promotions, etc.).
We ask you to check these and other secondary folders or search for "PK XD" in the search box of your email. If you still can't find anything, open a request with our Customer Experience team here .
