Do you have any parental settings that prevent in-app purchases? If so, you will need to disable that setting;
Have you surpassed your credit card limit? Or are the credits you added sufficient?
Does a specific error appear?
If everything has been checked, you should open a request with our support team, with some information on hand:
Is the purchase being made through Android, iOS, or through the PK XD website?
Which package are you trying to purchase?
What is the user's full nickname (name + #numbers)?
Do any errors pop-up when trying to complete the purchase?
